SNAPMEAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to SnapMeal ("we", "our", "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapMeal mobile application and related services (the "App").
By downloading or using SnapMeal, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You may use SnapMeal without an account as a guest. Imported recipes, meal plans, and logs are stored on your device only and may be lost if you delete the app or clear app data. Signing in does not back up that data to our servers today.

SnapMeal is not a medical organisation. Our content and tools do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
SnapMeal uses third-party data, formulas, and artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini and OpenAI) to estimate nutritional values and analyse photos.
You acknowledge that:
Consult a qualified professional before making significant diet or weight changes, especially if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.
Some features use AI to personalise your experience, analyse meals, or detect ingredients.
You must not use SnapMeal's AI features to build competing machine-learning models or reverse-engineer our technology.
We are not liable for harm arising from reliance on AI output that was obviously unsuitable after reasonable review.
SnapMeal offers free features and optional paid subscriptions (e.g. SnapMeal Pro) managed through RevenueCat and billed by Apple via the App Store.
Paid access may include full recipe details (ingredients, instructions, nutrition), higher import limits, and other premium features shown in the App.
Subscriptions:
Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Subscription status may be shared with RevenueCat to unlock features in the App.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms also apply to your use of the store and purchases.
All rights in SnapMeal, including its design, features, branding, and catalog presentation, are owned by us or our licensors.
Catalog recipes, images, and text made available in meal plan pickers are licensed for your personal use through the App only.
You may not:
